    Rick Summers has over 40 years of experience in the heavy industrial construction sector, both upstream, downstream, and domestically and internationally. Rick is currently the Executive Director of Operations for PPMG/MPAC Management Group LLC. Over the 40 years Rick executed projects with both owners and EPCM such as Shell, Exxon, Marathon, Texaco, Mobil, Allied Chemical, Dow, BASF, Fluor, Brown & Root, Technip, Bechtel, Performance, Turner Industries, Saipem, McDermott International, Kiewit, Gulf Island Fabricators, Dynamic Industries, Universal Fabricators and many others.

    Rick executed major projects Domestically and Internationally in countries such as Thailand, Venezuela, Malaysia, Angola, Egypt, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Vietnam.

    At MPAC Rick Summers Entrepreneur is devoted to enhancing Project and Construction Management delivery by training and sharing his life long experiences with the next generation Rick has pursued and developed new and innovative contract and project management strategies and employed state of the art software (CoreWorx) for its contract and projects data, document and information exchange collaboration platform. Rick and MPAC executed a Joint Venture agreement with PPMG a projects planning, management, controls, progress, and labor analysis group owned by Frank Truesdale. PPMG has developed special software designed to drive project progress, cost and labor analysis via an earned value, rule of credit and earned manhours system that interfaces with and provides detailed reporting formats. Example: data driven reports and graphics as daily software deliverables. MPAC/PPMG J/V is a collaboration of both contracts and projects management groups that employ’s its resources, assets and technologies to deliver value in the development of initial project viability reviews, advance work packaging, project planning, contact management and project management throughout the project life cycle.
