Scott Scheufler started his career at Texas instruments, working both the software and hardware side of computers. As the company grew, his role evolved to project management    and “wetware”. He holds PMP, CSM, and PE certifications, with over 15 years of project management experience in software, semiconductor, and healthcare IT. Scott entered project management due to his technical skills, but his greatest challenges and successes have been on the people-side of project management.

    Subject:

Everyone wants to be successful. However, the meaning of “success” varies greatly from the point of view of different people, at different times, and in when there are differing definitions at play, tease them out so that they can be specified, shared, and examined, then align them with stakeholders. This is true for project managers with regard to their projects, but also applicable to their professional and personal lives. In this presentation, we will review tricks and tools to better align definitions of success.
